CORDE LISSE (AERIAL ROPE)
Corde Lisse is an aerial circus skill or act that involves acrobatics on a vertically hanging rope. The name is French for “smooth rope”.
A minimum level of intermediate silks is required to participate in this exciting new class. Learn to wrap, drop, roll and fly, an exhilarating apparatus new to Stage 29 Studios.

Lyra intermediate & Advanced (Aerial Hoop) classes
Circus Training Australia Syllabus Level 4 to Advanced.
The aerial hoop (also known as the lyra, aerial ring or cerceau/cerceaux) is a circular steel apparatus (resembling a hulahoop) suspended from the ceiling, on which circus artists may perform aerial acrobatics. It can be used static, spinning, or swinging. It is great to build upper body strength, flexibility, cardio and will definitely help loose weight.

aerial Hammock Beginner TO ADVANCED
An introduction to super fun, wraps, drops and spins.
Aerial hammock/sling and dance helps to improve flexibility and increase core strength. Feel the freedom to fly and spin in the hammock, drop into a daring move, learn to transition with choreography and just fall in love with this apparatus.

SILKS AND HOOP PARTNER/DUO CLASS
A super fun class learning new partner moves in the hoop and the silks.
A minimum of level 3 in either hoop or silks required for this class. Fall in love with doubles work, amazing choreography and some wonderful tricks and drops.
