Power/tone Barre

This is a 50-minute class that improves your functional movement, strength, and power by providing a low impact, high-intensity workout focusing on core engagement and muscular strength using the ballet barre, weights, resistance bands and barre balls.

STEP & SHRED

Burn those calories whilst toning and shaping your body - suitable for those just starting their fitness journey as well as the hardcore enthusiast. A super workout with great music, choreography and fun

BounceFit

A rhythm-based high energy cardio trampoline fitness class combining aerobic elements, light weights and core exercises.

CARDIO SCULPT/STEP & SHRED

Cardio Sculp & Step and Shred combined is a dynamic workout to get the heart pumping and body working out to strength and sculpt whilst burning those calories. This is a super fun class for everyone fitness level and body type.

Bum, Tum and Legs (BTL) EXPRESS

Sculpt and tone that butt whilst using an aerobic step, weights, sliders, you name it we use it. Your butt, abs and legs will thank you for it. :)

Flexi Stretch

Flexi Stretch is a total body stretching class which includes all major and minor muscle groups, designed to improve overall flexibility and balance. Stretching results in a greater range of movement and a stronger body, both physically and mentally.

  • Express Stretch (30mins) Thursdays at 5.00pm & Fridays at 5.15pm with Jenny

  • Flexi Stretch (50mins) Saturdays 11am with Jenny

hiit me up - boot camp style

Join us for HIIT Me Up Boot Camp style workout in our car park. A great class with battle ropes, agility equipment, hurdles, steps for squats and cardio training, weights and cardio running and of course working in pairs and motivating each other. Every class is different and super fun.
