Primarily, exotic classes are a way to explore one's sensuality in a protected environment: there is no judgment.

A class dedicated to spin pole. Learn beautiful combos and tricks on the spin pole before finally perfecting them in a routine.

mixed POLE - MALE & FEMALE COMBINED

Pole dancing/fitness is a great way to get fit, dance with confidence, build lean muscle mass, drop the kilo's and make some great new friends. This class is a combined male & female class for all levels and anyone starting out on their pole journey.

Pole and aerial conditioning

An awesome class to add to your weekly fitness program. Build those muscles, strength and stamina needed for all aerial and pole apparatus.
